Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although it had a balcony with views as I requested, felt quite outdated with a noisy A/C unit. It was disappointing to encounter dirt, filth, and even cockroaches during my stay. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, but there were issues with price matching and attempted additional charges after check-out. The location was convenient to key areas like the University and local stores, yet there were reports of accessibility challenges and cockroach incidents. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited and overpriced options. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
Upon arriving at 4:45 pm, I found that the deluxe room I booked wasn't ready, and the bar had plywood floors, giving it an old feel. The bed in the room was a bit off-balance, needing to be propped up on one corner due to a downhill slant. Despite these initial drawbacks, the spaciousness of the room and the reasonable price were positive aspects of my stay.
My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were average and in need of updating, but they had adequate amenities. The service was helpful and available most of the time. The location was convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price.
